These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

2. Orders and Confirmation

Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order is confirmed when our team contacts you by phone or message and you agree to the products, final price, payment method and delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order if a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, or we cannot contact you using the information provided.

If an order is cancelled, any payment already received will be refunded.

3. Prices and Payment

All product prices are displayed in Albanian Lek (ALL).

Any equivalent prices displayed in euros (EUR) are provided for informational purposes only. Final payments are made in ALL.

CTS is not registered for VAT and does not charge VAT on its sales. The displayed product price is the final product price payable by the customer, excluding any separately indicated delivery charges.

Available payment methods include:

  • Cash on delivery.
  • Payment at our physical store upon collection.

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate product descriptions, technical specifications, photographs and availability information.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

Customers purchasing products online generally have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, customers must notify CTS by phone, email or in person.

Products must be returned within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal decision.

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law.
