Warranty

New products come with a 12-month warranty. Used products come with a 6–12 month CTS warranty. If a specific warranty period is indicated on the product page, that warranty period shall apply. The warranty covers free repair of hardware products sold by CTS, exclusively for defects resulting from manufacturing faults.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
✓ Physical damage, misuse, or improper transportation.
✓ Electrical surges or operation outside the permitted voltage range of 220V ±15%.
✓ Use in unsuitable environments (dust, humidity, vibration).
✓ Improper use or negligence.
✓ Consumable items and accessories, including keyboards, mice, DVD drives, batteries, chargers, etc., are also excluded from the warranty.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Bring the product and purchase invoice to our store. Our technicians will inspect the product and inform you whether it will be repaired or replaced and how long the process is expected to take.

Your Additional Consumer Rights
