Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Your Right to Withdraw
If you purchase a product from our website (a distance contract), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision through one of the following methods:

Returning the Product
You must return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
The product must be returned complete, together with all its accessories and included components.
You may return the product directly to our store or send it by post or courier.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You are responsible for any reduction in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
Refunds
We will refund the amount paid for the product, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
No additional fees will be charged for processing your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at 0695599555 or [email protected].
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.
These rights are separate from your right of withdrawal and are also covered by our Warranty & Returns Policy.
Cancelling an Order Before Delivery
You may request the cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched or delivered by contacting us by phone or email.
Complaints
If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may contact the relevant Consumer Protection Authority in Albania.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
