How ordering works
An order placed on this website is a request. We call you on the phone number you gave to confirm the products, the price and the delivery before anything is prepared. No stock is reserved until we confirm your order.

Payment
You pay when you receive your order: in cash on delivery, or in our shop when you collect it. Prices are in Albanian Lek (ALL).
Collection in store
You can collect your order at CTS during opening hours. We tell you by phone when it is ready.

Delivery
We deliver to Albania. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days after we confirm your order. The delivery charge is free.

When your order arrives
Please check the product when you receive it. If something is damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us straight away.
